Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day policy for reporting issues, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding any problems with your order.

📦 Physical Products (Print-on-Demand Items)

All physical items are made-to-order through our production partner.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days at iris@indsoireestudio.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

If your claim is approved, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering mistakes (color, design, etc.)

Please review all product details and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund if applicable.

💻 Digital Products (No Returns or Refunds)

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Editable Canva templates
  • Instant downloads
  • Digital invitations, signs, and stationery
  • Website templates

Once a file has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer cancellations, returns, or refunds.

⚙️ Exceptions for Digital Items

If you experience any issues with your digital file, such as:

  • Trouble accessing or downloading the file
  • A corrupted or missing file
  • Errors in the design

📄 Digital Product Terms

  • All digital products are for personal use only
  • Reselling, sharing, or redistributing files is not permitted
  • Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing

💳 Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at iris@indsoireestudio.com.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, including print-on-demand and digital products, as they are created specifically for you.
