Hi, I’m Iris, founder and designer behind IND Soirée Studio.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and bring over 20 years of experience in graphic design. Originally from Brazil, my work is shaped by a love for color, creativity, and meaningful celebrations.

For more than 10 years, my designs have been sold through online marketplaces, reaching thousands of customers and earning consistently high ratings. This experience has refined my focus on detail, usability, and thoughtful design that is both beautiful and easy to edit.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
All digital products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
Because files are delivered instantly, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.

If you experience any issues accessing or using your files, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

PRINTED PRODUCTS (Print-on-Demand)
All printed items are made to order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer's remorse
• Minor variations in color due to screen differences

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

ORDER ISSUES
Please ensure all personalization details and shipping information are correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the type of product you purchase:

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Corjl & Instant Downloads)
Most editable Corjl templates are available within minutes after purchase (check the description box).
Instant download PDFs are available immediately after checkout.

PHYSICAL ITEMS
All physical products are made to order.
Production and shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after production.

Please check the product description for specific processing and shipping details before placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — all digital items are available worldwide and can be accessed instantly after purchase.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Shipping availability depends on the print provider used for each item.
Some products may be available internationally, while others may ship only within specific countries.

If international shipping is available for your location, it will be shown at checkout along with delivery estimates.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
After purchase, you will receive instant access to your files.

Corjl items: You will receive an email with access to edit and download your design, or you can access it directly through the Corjl link provided via email.

Instant download PDFs: Available immediately after payment on the order confirmation page and in your email receipt.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

If you have any issues accessing your files or tracking your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Can I change my order after placing it?

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Because of the digital files nature, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or edited once they are completed.

However, if you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once the order has been sent to production, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Gift wrapping is not applicable to digital items.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping.
Our print providers focus on producing and shipping items securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Gift options (such as wrapping or packaging) are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the production partner.

What kind of paper can I print my cards

If you are planning to print at home:

For best results, we recommend printing on thick cardstock paper (80–110 lb) or photo paper, and selecting the highest print quality setting (Best or Photo Quality) in your printer settings.

Most home printers can handle at least 90 lb cardstock, but please check your printer's specifications before printing.
